Contained in the nine days of footage are eurythmy exercises led by therapeutic and pedagogical eurythmist Rachel Ross, M.Ed. Rachel taught the participants eurythmy exercises that are intended to be used as a daily practice in one’s own personal development. For individuals who have wanted to learn eurythmy exercises but do not have someone trained in eurythmy in their area, these demonstration lectures may be a wonderful alternative to consider.
