Join us as we listen to Master Waldorf Teacher Katie Moran speak about
Cooperation Before Competition—The cornerstone of movement education!
When given the space to play, we develop capacities that will serve us in many areas of our lives, building neural pathways and problem solving skills. When we play together, we shape the culture of our community and learn how important the other is in bringing out the best in ourselves.
Join me for an hour discussion, where we will dive into the importance of play and begin to explore the differentiation of game and sport. Together we will move and play to better understand what is needed physically, mentally, and emotionally for us to experience healthy competition.
Bring your questions and a good pair of shoes to move in!
