Application for Grades Program 2007-2008 School Year

Download this application form for the grades program. For Fall 2007, we will have a 1st grade class and a combined 2nd/3rd grade class. Mr. Bret Schacht currently teaches the 1st/2nd grade class at Prairie Moon School and will follow the class through 8th grade. To read about Mr. Schacht, please look under "Faculty and Staff". Recruitment is underway for a new 1st grade teacher for Fall 2007, as Mr. Schacht will take his class into 2nd/3rd grade.
